Kowit holds an LL.M. from the University of Illinois, and an LL.B. from Thammasat University. He worked with Domnern Somgiat & Boonma for seven and a half years, with Chandler & Thong-ek Law Offices for four and a half years, and for four years as a partner of George & Kowit. Before establishing LawPlus, Kowit was the managing partner of Herbert Smith (Bangkok). Kowit specializes in laws on corporate, M&A, banking, debt restructuring, securities, intellectual property, real property and telecommunications. Kowit is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand, the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand, the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association, the Asian Patent Attorneys Association, the International Trademark Association and the International Bar Association. He served the Anti-Counterfeiting and Enforcement committee and the FTA Analysis Committee of the INTA from 2004-2007. He is a registered patent attorney. Prasantaya holds an LL.M. in international business legal studies from the University of Exeter, LL.M. in international economic law from the University of Warwick, and an LL.B. from Thammasat University, Thailand. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand, the Thai Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand, the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association, the Asian Patent Attorneys Association and the International Trademark Association. She is a registered patent attorney. She worked with the Bangkok office of Herbert Smith for two years before joining LawPlus as a founding member in 2003. Nuttachai obtained an LL.M. (Intellectual Property) from Monash University and an LL.B. from Thammasat University. Nuttachai joined LawPlus in 2006. He is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association. Naddaporn hold an LL.M. in international commercial and business law from the University of East Anglia, and an LL.B. in business law (2nd Class Honours) from Chulalongkorn University. She holds a lawyer license and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association. She joined LawPlus in 2004. Naddaporn handles corporate, real property, intellectual property, banking , business reorganization and dispute resolution.
 
 
 
 
 

 
 
Patchariya holds an LL.M. in Business Law (International Program) from Chulalongkorn University and an LL.B. from Thammasat University. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. Kannapis holds an LL.M. in International Trade and Commercial Law from Durham University, UK and an LL.B. (2nd Class Honours) from Chulalongkorn University. She is a barrister-at-law and a member of the Lawyer Council of Thailand. Thapattika obtained an LL.B. (2nd Class Honours) from Chulalongkorn University. She is a barrister-at-law and a member of the Lawyer Council of Thailand. She worked with the legal department of a large consumer credit company before she joined LawPlus in 2008. She assists the LawPlus team on corporate, real property and intellectual property matters.
