Kowit holds an LL.M. from the University of
Illinois, and an LL.B. from Thammasat
University. He worked with Domnern Somgiat &
Boonma for seven and a half years, with
Chandler & Thong-ek Law Offices for four and a
half years, and for four years as a partner of
George & Kowit. Before establishing LawPlus,
Kowit was the managing partner of the Herbert
Smith, Bangkok Office. Kowit specializes in

restructuring, securities, intellectual

telecommunications. Kowit is a member of the

University. She holds a lawyer

studied law at Chulalongkorn University, where
she obtained an LL.B. (2nd
