Usa holds an M.A. in economics law from Chulalongkorn University and an LL.B. (2nd Class Honours) in business law from Chulalongkorn University. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association. Usa is a notarial services attorney. She started working at LawPlus in May 2007. She has extensive experience in corporate, foreign direct investment, real property, employment, and personal data protection. She has advised clients on investment promotion, commercial transactions, e-commerce and franchise. She has advised clients on regulatory requirements in relation to NFTs.
Usa has been recommended for corporate and M&A by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, 2021 through 2024. She has been listed in the September 2023 issue of ALB Asia as one of the ALB Thailand Rising Stars 2023.
