公共卫生部将大麻列为受管制的草药 (The Ministry of Public Health Lists Marijuana as Controlled Herb)

根据《麻醉品法B.E.2522》(公元1979年)的规定,公共卫生部关于第5类麻醉品规范的通知B.E.2565(公元2022年)于2022年6月9日生效,删除了第5类麻醉药品中大麻(大麻和火麻)及其提取物的大部分部分和形式,其中四氢大麻酚(THC)的含量不超过0.2重量%,公共卫生部于2022年6月16日发布了关于受管制的草药(大麻) 通知B. E. 2565,有效期为2022年6月17日至: (1)   根据《传统泰医药知识保护与促进法》E.2542(公元1999年),将大麻及其提取物归类为受管制草药; (2)   允许20岁以上的人拥有、使用、处理、储存、运输和分发大麻及其提取物,但以下情况除外: (a)   在公共场所吸食大麻; (b)   孕妇和哺乳妇女吸食大麻; (c)   向未满20岁的人、孕妇或哺乳妇女分发大麻; (3)   允许执业医生、泰国传统医生、泰国应用传统医生、中国传统医生和泰国民间医生为患者开出大麻及其提取物的处方;而且 (4)   允许上述第(3)项所述执业医师的患者持有、运输、处理、储存和使用大麻及其提取物作为处方药30天。 To see the archive of our past newsletters and articles please click here.
