Megan Hu, a Chinese Legal Expert from Shanghai, joined us as a consultant.  Megan holds a China Bar license, a China Legal Counsel Qualification Certificate and a China PIPL (Personal Information Protection Law) certificate.  She obtained an LL.B. from Sichuan International Studies University and an LL.M. from East China University of Political Science and Law.  She has over 20 years of experience working at a law firm and multinational companies in Shanghai (Pfizer, Dow Corning, Michelin and Bayer), specializing in intellectual property law, commercial law, contract law, corporate and M&A law.  Megan’s working languages are English and Chinese.
