Thanh has more than 20 years’ experience advising clients on investing and operating in Vietnam. He founded PLF Law Firm in Vietnam in 2009 and has worked in association with LawPlus since 2016. While the two firms are independent, we have complementary practices that enable us to provide a fully integrated service to clients. The nature of our association means that the clients benefit from one point of contact.

Thanh holds an LL.B. in Commercial Law, Bachelor in accounting, and Bachelor in English. He is a member of Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, Vietnam Bar Federation, Asia Bar Federation.

Thanh has significant experience in foreign investment, merger & acquisition, tax, intellectual property, and employment & labor.
